NetScaler System Counters - Citrix Knowledge Center

For traditional Citrix Admins (XenApp/XenDesktop) NetScaler can be a bit overwhelming. There is much debate over what functional areas should be responsible for NetScaler administration. Networking vs. Citrix Admin vs. Security. The good news: NetScaler is a beast of a product and plays nice in many areas, (network/security) For those of you out there that are new to NetScaler, you can find a wealth of information on the Citrix Blogs, eDocs, etc. There are many logging options available in NetScaler, but to some, the logs can look like Sanskrit. Citrix released a nice little CTX today that list information about the newnslog System counters, SNMP OID of the counters, and its brief description. This can help troubleshooters make sense of the information they gather. Check out the link below for more information. Cheers.
